<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable production of a nonconventional high-performance resin composition and a molding thereof, by filling of less amount of and fewer kinds of lamellar clay minerals which underwent organic modification treatment with an inclusion compound exhibiting not only heat-resistant effect but also flame-retardant effect, weather-resistant effect, abrasion-resistant effect, and compatibilization effect. <P>SOLUTION: A synthetic resin composition and a molding thereof are provided.
