摘要

PURPOSE: A portable terminal is provided to control an input and an output signal according to a distance from a surface by including different heights from the surface. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional touch module(200) inputs and outputs a signal by sensing an object which accesses to a surface. A lens unit(220) is arranged at a light emitting unit(210) and divides the light of the light emitting unit into plural light. A light guide unit(230) guides the light in order to include different heights from the surface. A light reception unit is arranged at the inside of a main body and receives the light. An input and output control unit(250) controls an input and an output progress according to a result sensed by the light reception unit.
