PURPOSE: A producing method of coffee containing grape powder is provided to reduce the bitter taste of the coffee by adding the taste and the flavor of grape. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of coffee containing grape powder comprises the following steps: freeze-drying a grape extract to obtain the grape powder; freeze-drying a coffee extract to obtain coffee powder; mixing the grape powder and the coffee powder in a weight ratio of 0.5-2:1; and adding creamer or sugar into the mixture. The coffee is stored in a teabag.
