PURPOSE: A bite holder for a V-cutting machine is provided to form a V-shaped groove to a desired depth on an object by controlling the height of first to third cutting pieces with a jig unit. CONSTITUTION: A bite holder(100) comprises a housing(110) and a blade unit(120). The body of the housing comprises a coupling member(113), two or more fitting holes(115), and a plurality of tightening holes. The coupling member is protruded from one side of the top and mounted on a V-cutting machine through a coupling hole(113a). The two or more fitting holes are formed on the other side and performed from the top to the bottom. The tightening holes are communicated with the fitting holes. The blade unit is inserted into the fitting holes of the housing. The blade unit comprises a first cutting piece(121) and a plurality of tightening screws(127).
