<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-based ink composition for a ball-point pen, which is excellent in stably preventing from drying ink at a pen point even in passage of time, scarcely produces bleeding of handwriting, and does not produce heavy feel of writing. <P>SOLUTION: The water-based ink composition for a ball-point pen includes: water; a colorant; a water-soluble organic solvent; and at least one kind or two kinds or more selected from a pyridine derivative in which one to three of 2-, 4-, and 6-position carbons in pyridine is/are substituted with (an) identical hydrophilic electron donative group(s) and a pyrimidine derivative in which one to three of 2-, 4-, and 6-position carbons in pyrimidine is/are substituted with (an) identical hydrophilic electron donative group(s). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
