Method of Handling Service Group Creation in a Communication System and Related Communication Device

A method of handling service group creation for a personal network element of a communication system is disclosed. The method comprises obtaining existence information of service groups in the communication system when the personal network element is going to reside in a service group, and determining whether to create or join the service group according to the existence information.
