<p>The system has multiple recesses formed in pitch circle form in a rear half of bottom of a commercial ship. The recesses are tapered and directed in a forward direction of the ship. Curvatures of side walls are formed in a transition region to the linear-ship, where the commercial ship and a boat are constructed with minimum length of 4 m. Accelerated transverse shafts are compensated against each other by equal length in an entire speed range. The transverse shafts are moved by increasing velocity according to increment of a relative angle to a keel line.</p>
