A fan module (1000) including two brackets (1100), two holders (1200) and a fan (1300) is provided. Each bracket (1100) has a first assembling portion (1110) formed thereon. The holders (1200) are mounted to the brackets (1100) and located between the two brackets (1100). Each of the holders (1200) has two second assembling portions (1400), and one end (1402) of each of the second assembling portions (1400) being connected with the first assembling portions (1110) correspondingly. The fan (1300) is assembled between the holders (1200).
