PURPOSE: An egg preservation system is provided to enable users to check the distribution condition of eggs inside the system by changing colors. CONSTITUTION: An egg preservation system comprises an egg mounting stand(277), a color displaying plate(245), a number plate(215), a thermometer(315), and a temperature controller(285). The system can protect users from eating eggs after the expiration date.
