COMPOSITION FOR CURING A HANGOVER

PURPOSE: A hangover preventing or reducing composition containing harmless natural components is provided to offer an alcohol decomposing effect, and an activity improvement effect for alcohol dehydrogenase and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase to users. CONSTITUTION: A hangover preventing or reducing composition is obtained by the following steps: hot air drying deep ocean water or seabed gush-out water at 180 deg C to obtain mineral powder; hot water extracting rubi fructus at 80 deg C, and concentrating the extract to obtain a rubi fructus concentrate; juicing turmeric after dipping the turmeric in purified water for 1 hour, and concentrating to obtain a turmeric concentrate; hot water extracting corni fructus at 80 deg C, and concentrating the extract to obtain a corni fructus concentrate; mixing the mineral powder, the rubi fructus concentrate, the turmeric concentrate, and the corni fructus concentrate with water; and sterilizing the mixture.
