The line has a set of anatomic metaphyseal parts (2) and a set of elongated diaphyseal parts (3) that are engaged in a medullary cavity of femur. Truncated cone-shaped assembling portions of the metaphyseal parts are identical. Each diaphyseal part includes a truncated cone-shaped housing converging inwardly and emerging in a proximal end of the diaphyseal portion. The housing has a shape partially complementary to shapes of the assembling portions, and receives one of the assembling parts.
