The assembly has a float (31) whose shape and dimension is similar to cross section of a container (29). A peripheral rib (37) is transversely arranged on vertical internal walls of the container. Vertical translation toward the top of the float is limited by the peripheral rib against which the float is placed in stopped manner. The float comprises a notch on its periphery, where the notch is dimensioned to be blocked by the peripheral rib when the float is placed in obstinate against the rib. An independent claim is also included for a container including an air inlet.
