<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a mesh member for screen printing which can reduce variation of an opening size of a hole exposed to a photoresist coated on metal foil, and can accurately make holes. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the mesh member for screen printing, a plurality of holes are made in the metal foil by etching and the mesh member for screen printing is manufactured in the condition that, after applying the photoresist on the metal foil having the thickness of 5-50 μm, an energy amount when the shape of the hole on an exposure mask is exposed is 120-240 mJ/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
