<p>The present invention relates to a mobile terminal, a display device, and a method for controlling same, which consider the convenience of a user and enable data communication therebetween when the mobile terminal and the display device are connected to each other. When the mobile terminal and the display device are connected to each other and multimedia contents are played on the mobile terminal, at least one embodiment of the present invention enables the image of the multimedia contents to be played on the display device considering whether or not the mobile terminal or the display device has the right to use the multimedia contents, thereby preventing the violation of the right to use in advance.</p> |
