A disposable device for injecting an artificial intraocular lens, having a cartridge as one body, is provided to solve an inconvenience that the cartridge has to be mounted in a cylinder during an operation of a cataract surgery, and to achieve a structure that the cylinder, cartridge and plunger are packed in a sterilized state and disposed after used, so as to prevent an infection previously. A disposable device for injecting an artificial intraocular lens includes: a cylinder(110), made out of a transparent synthetic resin, formed in a hollowed cylindrical shape, and having a sliding hole(112) which is penetrated from one side to the other side of the cylinder; a projection(114), arranged as one body in the other end of the cylinder; a connection(118), formed as one body with the projection; a cartridge(130), on which a conventional intraocular lens is seated, and which is connected to the cylinder; and a plunger(160), passed through the inside of the cylinder so as to inject the intraocular lens, seated on the cartridge, into an eye of a patient.
