PURPOSE: A data transmitting/receiving system is provided to improve the transmission and reception efficiently of data by efficiently transmitting and receiving data. CONSTITUTION: A data transmitting/receiving system(100) comprises a transmission device(102), a receiving device(104), and an interface device(106). The transmission device modulates parallel data signals into serial data signals. The transmission device modulates the modulated serial data signal into the specific data signal. The transmission device comprises a first modulator and a second modulator. The receiving device demodulates the specific data signal provided through the transmission device into the serial data signal. The receiving device demodulates the demodulated serial data signal into the parallel data signal. The interface device executes interface operation for communication between the transmission device and the receiving device.
