PURPOSE: A device for recycling waste heat for generator is provided to enhance operating efficiency by shortening the heat exchange time of cooling medium and working fluid since a plurality of heat exchangers selectively operate depending on the situation. CONSTITUTION: A device for recycling waste heat for generator comprises a multi pump unit(30), a multi heat exchange unit(40), and a multi valve unit(50). The multi pump unit is connected to a transfer pipe, which guides the flow of cooling fluid(22) cooling a steam turbine for generating. A plurality of pumps forcibly controlling the flow of cooling fluid are formed on the multi pump unit. The multi heat exchange unit is connected to the multi pump unit. A plurality of heat exchangers(42,44) where working fluid exchanges heat with cooling fluid are formed on the multi heat exchange unit.
