CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(110) is formed on a transparent substrate. The transparent electrode senses a change of an electrostatic capacity when a touch is inputted. A bonding layer(141) is formed on the transparent substrate with the transparent electrode. A window board(140) is bonded with the transparent substrate by the bonding layer. A circular polarization coating layer(150) is coated on the window board. The circular polarization coating layer transmits light.
