PURPOSE: A portable storage device with a one touch backup function is provided to increase backup speed by one click, thereby enabling a user to simultaneously do multitasking with backup. CONSTITUTION: A portable storage device with a one touch backup function includes an input unit(10), a display unit(20), a storage(30), a memory card slot(40), a memory card reader(50), a processor(60) and a memory system controller(70). When a backup icon selection signal is inputted by the input unit, the processor outputs a backup start signal. The memory system controller relays data between an external device(1), the memory card reader, the storage, and the processor according to the processor control. The memory system controller stores data of a backup target medium in a folder of the storage according to the backup start signal.
