<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust removal filter for fuel which is used in extracting liquid fuel such as gasoline from a storage tank installed in a gas station or the like, and used for separating solid impurities included in liquid fuel extracted from the storage tank, a dust removal filter unit for fuel, and a dust removal unit for an oil feeder. <P>SOLUTION: The dust removal filter for fuel includes a cylindrical body formed by rolling a fiber aggregate into a cylindrical form, wherein the fiber aggregate contains 50 mass% or more of a polyoxymethylene-based polymer, and the fiber aggregate contains 50 mass% or more of fiber having a fineness of 10-100 dtex. The dust removal filter for fuel is not deteriorated even in an environment exposed to liquid fuel, never causes mesh-opening even long-term usage, and has long filtration life.
