PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor cooling structure wherein leakage of oil from an oil passage can be avoided when a wheel is removed from a rotating member. SOLUTION: The motor cooling structure includes: a casing attached to a vehicle body through a suspension; an electric motor provided in the casing; the rotating member so provided that power can be transmitted between it and the electric motor; wheels configured to rotate integrally with the rotating member and removably from the rotating member; a braking mechanism that is attached to the casing and applies braking force to the wheels through the rotating member; a lubricated part provided in the casing and cooled or lubricated with oil; and a heat exchange unit that causes heat exchange between oil supplied to the lubricated part and air to cool the oil.
