PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a plurality of keywords from a detection sentence that leaves no space between words.SOLUTION: The detector 10 of a keyword detection device includes: an input register d for storing the character of a detection sentence transmitted in sequence in units of character; detection blocks 10(1) to 10(L) for partially detecting one character of the detection sentence and a key word; and a detection register r in which a value 1 is stored assuming that the key word is detected when the detection block 10 (1) of a most significant stage performs partial detection. The key word is detected according to a method in which partial coincidence is detected in sequence between a second character of the detection sentence and a plurality of keywords after partial coincidence has detected in sequence between a first character of the detection sentence and the plurality of key words.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
