<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin regulating agent for finger print reading in which the temperature scope is wide, and which is suitable for outdoor installation as well. <P>SOLUTION: The skin regulating agent is used by being applied onto a finger when the finger print is read from the finger. A wax component such as a polyethylene wax is made as a dispersion medium for forming a network structure, and an oil component such as a higher alcohol is made as a dispersoid which is held by the network structure. The skin regulating agent contains an agent form-stabilizing agent (oil component holding auxiliary agent) in order to prevent the oil component from being separated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
