<p>A driving support device (50) comprises a regenerative electric power specification unit (51a) adapted to specify electric power regenerated by a regenerative brake, a guidance unit (51b) adapted to perform guidance to encourage deceleration of a vehicle at a timing based on a distance from the vehicle to a target feature, and a setting unit (51c) adapted to set a timing at which the guidance unit performs the guidance based on the electric power regenerated by the regenerative brake in response to a brake operation performed after the guidance unit performs the guidance and before the vehicle passes the target feature as specified by the regenerative electric power specification unit. The guidance unit is adapted to perform the guidance anew at the timing set by the setting unit.</p> |
