PURPOSE: A respirator with a valve is provided to prevent water from penetrating through a transformer by operating a slider with buoyancy. CONSTITUTION: A pipe(12) is extended with a curved type. Silica is filled in a transparent tube. A top flange is closely adhered with the upper side of the transparent tube by a packing. A bottom flange is closely adhered with the lower side of the transparent tube by a packing. An intermediate flange is closely inserted into the inner side of the transparent tube by pressing the upper side of the lower flange. A cup is detachably formed on the lower side of the lower flange. A valve controls a top conduit and a bottom conduit.
