The burner has a distribution device comprising a wrapping tube wrap section close to that of an external body of the burner. A central tube is concentric with a wrapping tube (14). A central injection zone and a peripheral diffusion zone are formed, so that one of two sectors (9) located at supply side is in truncated form limited by radial partitions (15) connecting a cone section to the central tube and other sectors (11) feed the peripheral zone. The distribution device is molded in a refractory material such as heat-resisting steel, cordierite or silicon carbide.
