PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable display of a large capacity of model data where all video database cannot be held due to restriction of a hardware resource, and to continue operation without a trouble for a failure and repairing it. SOLUTION: Two or more video generators load different databases from storage devices, and generate video signals. The outputs are connected with display devices by a dynamic video switching device to display images. After this, a video generator Vn which has not output a video signal yet generates a video signal. At the same time, a video switch controller invalidates output of a video generator Vm which has output a video signal until then, and disconnects connection to a display device Mj by the dynamic video switching device to connect-control the output of the one video generator Vn to the disconnected display device Mj, and the display device displays an image by the video signal output from the dynamic video switching device.
