FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to children's surgery and physiotherapy, and can be used for post-operative treatment of appendicular peritonitis in children. For this purpose skin in infiltrate projection is subjected to impact of microwaves of decimetre range with wavelength 65 cm and generation frequency 460 MHz by one or two irradiators, located transversally onto one - three fields, power 2-6 W, during 8-10 minutes per a field. For children under 7 single dose constitutes 1.9-2.8 kJ, course dose constitutes 12-24 kJ. For children above 7 single dose constitutes 7.2-8.6 kJ, course dose constitutes 43-72 kJ. ^ EFFECT: method ensures expressed reduction of inflammatory phenomena in right iliac region, prevention or reduction of risk of developing adhesive intestinal obstruction, reduction of general intoxication. ^ 1 tbl, 3 ex |
