<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet that uses a steel sheet of high Si or Cr content as a plating substrate, and has high powdering resistance; and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The hot-dip galvanized steel sheet has a hot-dip galvanized layer on a surface of a steel sheet. The steel sheet is made of carbon steel or low alloy steel having a chemical composition that contains one or two or more of groups containing, by mass%, 0.40-2.0% of Si and 0.10-0.5% of Cr, wherein P content is 0.10% or smaller and Mo content is 0.5% or smaller. In the hot-dip galvanized layer, Fe mass concentration is 0.080 or higher, the product of the plating adhesion amount and Fe mass concentration is 6.0 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or smaller, and the average peeling number of crystal grains of the steel sheet on the interface between the steel sheet and the hot-dip galvanized layer is seven or less per 100 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
