Novelty: thermal foamy elastomer insulation pipes enclosed with polymer membrane which membrane is incorporated to said pipes in such a way to present, both, a uniform behaviour. Manufacture method: the incorporation of the polymer membrane is carried out throughout the polymer melting process at high temperature onto the thermal insulation pipe with synchronical vacuum application to the expansion head. Purpose: enhanced durability to infrared radiation so that the duration of the efficiency of the thermal insulation pipe is augmented by ten times; improved resistance to vapours diffusion up to 80%; protection of the integrality of the thermal protection pipe from natural or mechanical damage in used heating, cooling, conditioning, hydraulic and solar systems; achievement of the aforementioned characteristics with low energy and low environmental burdening. |
