<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform energy-saved operation by adjusting an excessive heat load in under floor type office air conditioning. <P>SOLUTION: In the under floor air conditioning system, first and second return-air suction ports are formed at a partition between a room to be air-conditioned and an air conditioning machine room in two stages of a low position and a high position, and a switching damper is connected to each return-air suction port. An exhaust suction port is formed in the vicinity of a ceiling in the room to be air-conditioned, a variable wind rate unit is arranged in the exhaust suction port so that exhaustion becomes possible according to supplied outside air, and the downstream side of the variable wind rate unit is connected to an exhaust system. The variable wind rate unit is controlled while switching a damper at cooling operation, air-conditioned return air in a power part considerably lower than the ceiling is exhausted to the air conditioning machine room, and heat-retained air in the vicinity of the ceiling is exhausted to the exhaust system from the exhaust suction port, and the heat of the air is made to escape. The variable wind rate unit is closed while switching the damper at heating operation, the heat-retained air in the vicinity of the ceiling is exhausted to the air-conditioning machine room, and the heat of the air is utilized for heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
