发明名称 一种鉴定大白菜—甘蓝异附加系的方法
摘要 本发明公开了一种鉴定大白菜-甘蓝异附加系的方法。该方法包括(1)根据已发表的甘蓝遗传图谱,选用了位于甘蓝不同连锁群的91对SSR引物;(2)提取不同品种的大白菜和甘蓝的基因组DNA,PCR扩增;(3)扩增产物在6%变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中电泳分离,银染检测;(4)筛选甘蓝连锁群相对于大白菜特异的SSR引物;(5)利用甘蓝连锁群相对于大白菜特异的SSR引物,鉴定大白菜-甘蓝异附加系。本发明可以在分子水平快速、准确鉴定大白菜与甘蓝的杂交种、异附加系、异代换系、易位系等重要的遗传分析材料,为利用甘蓝基因改良大白菜遗传背景奠定基础。
