<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance switching power supply circuit that can achieve a resonance operation in a wide input voltage range and load region using a conventional reactor without providing a reactor for resonance. <P>SOLUTION: A switching power supply circuit has: a first series circuit which is connected between one end and the other end of a DC power supply Vin and in which a reactor L1, a first diode D1 and a first capacitor C1 are connected in series; a first switching element Q1 which is connected between a connection point of the reactor and the first diode and the one end of the DC power supply; a second series circuit which is connected to the first diode in parallel and in which a second switching element Q2 and a second capacitor C2 are connected in series; and a control circuit 10 which controls on and off of the second switching element so as to perform zero-voltage switching of turn-on of the first switching element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
