<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency heating device which enables heating in accordance with the condition of an object to be heated by determining its condition at the start of heating. <P>SOLUTION: A high-frequency heating device comprises: a heating chamber 2; microwave generating means 9; a high-frequency power source 10; microwave transmitting means 11; reflection power detecting means 12 arranged next to the microwave transmitting means 11; and control means 14. With this constitution, the condition of an object to be heated can be grasped by detecting reflection power reflected on the microwave generating means 9 from the heating chamber 2, thereby providing a high-frequency heating device capable of finishing the heated object with high quality at the end of heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
