LIGHT EMITTING DIODE, BACKLGIHT UNIT AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE THE SAME

PURPOSE: A light emitting diode and a backlight unit and a liquid crystal display including the same are provided to improve light efficiency over 10% by forming a mold frame which includes first to fourth reflective surfaces in which reflectivity is high on a first lead frame in which reflectivity is low. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display panel(110) comprises a thin film transistor substrate(111) and a color filter substrate(113). A backlight unit(120) is arranged in the lower side of the liquid crystal display panel and provides light. The backlight unit comprises a bottom cover(180), a printed circuit board(160), a light emitting diode(150), and a reflective sheet(170). The reflective sheet reflects the light which is advanced to the lower side of a light guide plate(140) in a liquid crystal display panel direction. A gate line and a driving printed circuit board(115) which supplies a driving signal to a data line are located in the edge of the liquid crystal display panel.
