摘要 PURPOSE: A laser-arc hybrid welding machine is provided to adjust a gap between the focus of a laser beam and the wire focus of a MIG welding torch depending on welding conditions. CONSTITUTION: A laser-arc hybrid welding machine(100) comprises a laser head(110), a MIG welding torch(120), a connection piece(130), and a robot mounting unit member(140). The laser head is connected to a laser oscillator and irradiates a laser beam to a weld unit. The MIG welding torch is connected to a wire supply unit and discharges arc to the weld unit. A weld line tracking sensor is installed in one side of the MIG welding torch. The weld line tracking sensor tracks a weld line so that the irradiated laser beam can be accurately located at the weld line. One end of the connection piece is coupled to one surface of the laser head, and the other end is coupled to one surface of the MIG welding torch. One end of the robot mounting unit member is coupled to one surface of the connection piece, and the other end is installed in the front end of a welding robot arm.
