PURPOSE: A user terminal based on a client hypervisor, location based security method of a user VM, and security system including the same are provided to permit the use of a user VM by selectively operating a user VM according to a use right which reflects location information of a user terminal device. CONSTITUTION: A VM(Virtual Machine) manager(121) determines the use of a user VM and controls the operation of a user VM according to a determination result. The VM manager selects a location information source according to a network connection state. A location tracer(111) traces the location of the user terminal and supplies location information to the VM manager. The VM manager selects the location tracer and requests the location trace to the location tracer.
