PURPOSE: A stacked spiral inductor is provided to reduce the size of parasitic capacitance by placing not to be overlapped a first conductor line and a second conductor line to the top and bottom. CONSTITUTION: A first conductor line(410) is composed of first sub conductor lines(411,412). The first conductor line has a half-loop shape. A second conductor line(420) is composed of second sub conductor lines(421,422). The second conductor line has a half-loop shape which is symmetrical to the first conductor line. First sub conductor lines, which are included in odd-number conductive layers(M1,M3,M5), are not overlapped with first sub conductor lines which are included in an even-number conductive layers(M2,M4,M6).
