<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control system equipped with an invertor and a smoothing capacitor connected to a DC power, and an AC motor driven by the invertor preventing an unintended rotation of the AC motor when the AC motor consumes electric energy to discharge electric charge of the smoothing capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: When discharging electric charge stored in a smoothing capacitor 33, a rotation position F/B (feedback) control controlling a command voltage vector of a AC motor 12 is performed so as to minimize deviation between a rotor rotation position detected by a rotor rotation position sensor 34 and a target position. At that time, by setting the rotor rotation position detected by the rotation position sensor 34 when starting discharge as the target position, the rotation position F/B control maintains the rotor rotation position of the AC motor 12 near the rotor rotation position at the start of discharge. This enables the AC motor 12 to hardly rotate to surely prevent a failure caused by the rotation of the AC motor 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
