Disclosed is an information display device provided with a display comprising a touch panel and displays, on a display screen, an onscreen button assigned with a predetermined function, and a controller. The controller (a) detects two or more contact points touched by an operator on the touch panel, (b1) determines whether or not the contact points correspond to the outer shape of the onscreen button, and (c1) changes a normal operation mode to a movement mode for moving the position of the onscreen button when the contact points correspond to the outer shape of the onscreen button. According to the information display device, the onscreen button can be moved in a short time.
