<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection circuit for power storage apparatus in which a plurality of series circuits of cells, such as capacitor and storage cell, are connected in parallel, capable of solving the following problem: a system for detecting a current of each of the series circuits causes an apparatus to be large-sized and expensive and causes incomplete detection because a current at full charging is minor. <P>SOLUTION: Open circuit abnormalities of the cells are detected by lowering a charging voltage and comparing the lowered voltage of each cell with a reference voltage, based on a right/wrong check command. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
