<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device for a power seat switch, including two first and second operating knobs which can be apparently integrated into one operating knob. <P>SOLUTION: The operating device for the power seat switch includes: the one first operating knob 10 for operating an operation element 3 for moving a seat back and forth, an operation element 4 for moving a seat front part up and down, and an operation element 5 for moving a seat rear part up and down; and the second operating knob 16 for operating an operation element 6 for adjusting a backrest angle. The first operating knob 10 is provided with a storage part 14 for storing the second operating knob. The second operating knob 16 is rotatably connected to the first operating knob 10 at one end via a connection part 19 and has a fitting hole 20 at the other end. The second operating knob 16 is provided movably between a retraction position where the storage part 14 accommodates the second operating knob and a use position where the fitting hole 20 is fitted around the operation element 6 for adjusting the backrest angle.
