<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing and an electronic device which improve waterproofness. <P>SOLUTION: The housing 3 includes cases 10 and 20 demarcating a hole including a first and second surfaces, which face each other, a wiring member 50 passing through the hole to be located on to the first surface side of the hole and connecting a member located in the case 10, an elastic body 60a, a support body 60b which is integrally formed with the elastic body 60a and is harder than the elastic body 60a, and a pressed surface 61 pressed from the second surface side of the hole. The housing is provided with a filling member 60 filled in the hole, and the pressed surface 61 includes a first region 61b in which the support body 60b is exposed and a second region 62a in which the elastic body 60a is exposed.
