<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive grinding wheel excellent in the finishing accuracy of a shape changing part without generating a burr, and easy in installing grinding parts. <P>SOLUTION: The grinding wheel has the grinding parts around an annular base body 10, and precisely processes a work having the shape changing part in an intersection of adjacent two processing parts by rotating, and has a first grinding part 11 having a grinding surface 11a for grinding one processing part W1 and a second grinding part 12 having a grinding surface 12a for grinding the other processing part W2 among the adjacent two processing parts W1 and W2.
