PURPOSE: An apparatus for classifying the detailed color of an object using a color sensor is provided to recognize the color of an object from the light reflected off the object and determine the color of the object by calculating voltage according to output frequency. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for classifying the detailed color of an object using a color sensor comprises a light emitting device, a transparent cover, and a light receiving device. The transparent cover is located on the path of light emitted from the light emitting device. The light receiving device is located on the normal line of the cover passing point of the light which passes through the transparent cover downward, is reflected off the object, and then passes through the transparent cover upward.
