NITRIDED TITANIUM-STAINLESS METAL COMPLEX, AND PREPARATION METHOD OF THEREOF

PURPOSE: A nitrided titanium-stainless metal complex, for steel alloy having high heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and a preparation method of thereof are provided to be used for the manufacture of a separator of a fuel battery which needs high corrosion resistance and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A nitrided titanium-stainless metal complex comprises the next step. The titanium and tungsten carbide are mixed with the silicon nitride in order to make titanium nitride powder. The titanium nitride powder and stainless steel powder are mixed and dried in 50~150°C in order to make compound powder. The compound powder manufactured in the process is sintered under the mixed gas atmosphere to 7~10KN pressure and 900~1100°C. The compound powder of titanium nitride and stainless steel is made from titanium nitride of 1~5 parts by weight and stainless steel of 90~99 parts by weight.
