<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve durability against temperature changes in a solar cell module formed by bonding a solar cell to a wiring material using resin adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode 21 includes a finger electrode 22 extending in a perpendicular direction y to an extending direction of a wiring material 11 and an extension electrode 24. At least a part of the extension electrode 24 is positioned between a photoelectric conversion part 20 and the wiring material 11. The extension electrode 24 extends from the finger electrode 22 in the direction tilted to an extending direction y of the finger electrode 22.
