PURPOSE: A voltage generating circuit is provided to generate a reference voltage with small variation by improving a rectification property through two or more rectification operations. CONSTITUTION: One or more amplification units(300) are formed between a plurality of rectification circuits. The amplification unit amplifies the output of a rectification circuit of a prior stage and inputs the amplified output to a rectification circuit of a following stage. A first rectification circuit(200) rectifies a power voltage and generates a first voltage. A second rectification unit(500) rectifies a second voltage and generates a reference voltage.
