PURPOSE: A power generating device for controlling aggregate granularity using a recycled aggregate manufacturing facility of construction waste is provided to operate a low-power consumption device by producing electricity from the impact and weight of aggregate free-falling during transfer. CONSTITUTION: A power generating device for controlling aggregate granularity using recycled aggregate manufacturing facility using construction waste comprises a rotating part(10) and a generating part(20). The rotating part comprises a transfer unit which transfers and drops aggregate in order to produce recycled aggregate from construction waste, a rotating vane(11) which contacts the aggregate dropped after the transfer unit, and a central unit which is pivotally fixed via a shaft. The generating part produces electrical energy with the torque of the rotating part.
