ADENOTOME OF KOSAKIVSKA-SEMENOV

摘要

An adenotome comprises a handle and working part with cutting edge. The handle is made as hollow cylinder inside which a tube is arranged eccentrically. In the tube an endoscope is arranged displacably. The device working part is made of two metal plates between which insulator is arranged. Proximal ends of insulated metal plates are connected by electric conductors to contact pins of detachable connector. The electric conductors are arranged in the device handle between the inner handle wall and outer tube wall, and the working part cutting edge is made of composite alloy, e.g. Cu+Mo, and has two components with insulator between them.
